Business part/office premises - in the total area of 3,203 m2. It is permitted to construct a 11-story structure above the ground (ground floor + 10 floors) with total gross area of 12,352 m2.

The area below the ground allows us to construct either a two or three storey garage underneath the structure, which is aimed for parking and technical premises.
